Ingredients

  • 1 packet cocktail tomatoes
  • 150 g mozzarella, mini balls
  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 8 basil leaves, fresh
  • Aceto balsamico, (dark)
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • sugar
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the cherry tomatoes, remove the stalk and quarter. Peel the avocado and cut into small pieces. Peel and finely dice the onion as well. Wash and finely chop the basil leaves. Put everything together with the mini mozzarella balls in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and a little sugar. Finally, pour a few dashes of olive oil and balsamic vinegar over it and mix everything well.
  2. Let it steep for about 10 minutes and serve with pasta or pizza.
