Ingredients

  • 800 g pork fillet (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • a bit salt
  • some pepper
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 3 scoops mozzarella
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • some basil

Tomato – Mozzarella – Gratin with Pork Medallions

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork fillet into medallions approx. 2 cm thick. Fry in a pan for approx. 2 minutes on each side, then season with salt and pepper. Put in a baking dish.
  2. Wash the tomatoes and cut them together with the mozzarella into evenly thick slices, also layer them in the baking dish. Sprinkle with chopped garlic and basil, lightly salt and pepper again.
  3. Baked in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 15 minutes.
  4. Baguette tastes good with it.
