Ingredients

  • 8 tomato (s)
  • 200 g mozzarella
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ oil (olive oil)
  • 4 pinches salt
  • 4 pinches pepper
  • 3 leaves basil

Instructions

  1. First, chop the clove of garlic and onion into small pieces. Then cut the tomatoes into thin slices, then season with salt and pepper. Now cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
  2. Now heat a pan on the stove, when the pan is nice and hot, add the 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan. Now put the tomato slices and the finely chopped garlic clove and onion in the pan and fry them. When these ingredients are fried add the diced mozzarella cheese and let it flow nicely. When the cheese has run, transfer it to the plates. Pluck the basil leaves and sprinkle them over them. Finished.
  3. You can serve a few pieces of parisienne or baguette as a side dish.
  4. If you love wine, I recommend you either a Chianti (approx. 3-8 euros / bottle) or Bardolino Classico (approx. 5-10 euros / bottle).
