- 1 packet mozzarella, light (drained weight 25g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon, leveled mustard
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, dark
- 2 tablespoon water
- salt and pepper
- sugar

- Wash and slice tomatoes. Also cut the mozzarella into slices and arrange both alternately on a plate. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Mix the olive oil, mustard, balsamic vinegar and water with a fork. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar and pour over the salad.
