Tomato – Mozzarella Salad with Balsamic Dressing

• 2 large tomato (s)
• 1 packet mozzarella, light (drained weight 25g)
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 tablespoon, leveled mustard
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, dark
• 2 tablespoon water
• salt and pepper
• sugar

Instructions

1. Wash and slice tomatoes. Also cut the mozzarella into slices and arrange both alternately on a plate. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
2. Mix the olive oil, mustard, balsamic vinegar and water with a fork. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar and pour over the salad.
