Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces.
  2. Drain the butter in a pan and lightly fry the chicken breast in it. Season with salt, pepper and basil. Add tomatoes and mozzarella, season as needed and simmer for about 8-9 minutes. Pour some of the whipped cream into a small bowl and thicken it with a little flour, making sure that the flour has completely dissolved and that there are no lumps. Add the whipped cream to the pan with the chicken breast. Mix well and pour in the mixed and thickened whipped cream to thicken. Mix well again and bring to the boil again. Season one last time to taste and serve hot.
  3. Serve with pasta of your choice.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
