Ingredients

  • 4 pork steak (s) (back)
  • 400 g spahetti
  • 2 scoops mozzarella
  • 2 large tomato (s)
  • 150 ml cream or milk
  • 4 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika powder
  • Condiments, liquid

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti until done, drain and keep warm.
  2. Season the sirloin steaks and fry them on both sides over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Put the steaks in a baking dish. Brush each with 1/2 teaspoon of tomato paste and alternately top with a slice of tomato and mozzarella until each steak is covered. Salt a little and drizzle with oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 10-15 minutes with convection.
  3. Put the rest of the tomato paste in a saucepan, pour on the cream, add what is left of the mozzarella in small cubes. If there are tomatoes left, cut into cubes and add. Season to taste with the spices. Put the spaghetti in the saucepan and mix well with the sauce, let it get hot until the mozzarella has melted.
  4. Green salad goes well with it.
