Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs hard for approx. 8-10 minutes, peel them, cut off a little at the flattened end so that they stand securely.
  2. The smaller, firm tomatoes are washed and halved. Remove the seeds and place the tomato halves over the tip of the ice cream.
  3. To make the impression of a toadstool more complete, dab the red roof with dots of mayonnaise.
