  • 1 packet mozzarella
  • 1 bunch basil

Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes and then cut them into slices. Put the oil in an iron pan and sort the tomato slices, season with salt and pepper. Spread over the cleaned spring onions, the clove of garlic and the finely plucked basil. Then the mozzarella is cut into slices and placed over everything and at the end another part of the basil is added.
  2. Now you put the whole thing on the small fire and let it sizzle until the cheese has melted. You can also do this in the tube or outside on an open fire over the tripod when camping.
