Ingredients

  • 4 large tomato (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground black
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil, cold-pressed
  • 2 tablespoon herb vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon chives or basil

Instructions

  1. Scald the tomatoes, peel them and place them cut into slices on a large plate. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into very small cubes, spread over the tomatoes. Mix the oil and vinegar. Drizzle the dressing over the tomatoes and let it steep.
  2. Finally, sprinkle the chives or the chopped basil leaves over the top.
