Instructions

  1. Process the flour, butter, egg and salt into a shortcrust pastry (alternatively, I use a pate brisée from the supermarket, if it has to be quick), roll out, put in a quiche dish and place the tomatoes on the dough.
  2. Mix the egg, cream, herbal cream cheese, a little salt, pepper and basil together and cover the tomatoes completely. Spread the cheese over it and bake at 200 ° C in a preheated oven for 30 - 40 minutes.
  3. If you like, you can refine the quiche with pieces of ham, mushrooms or zucchini.
