  • 1 packet feta cheese or mozzarella, diced

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes into slices or cubes, add the finely chopped onion and cheese, then season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.
  2. Mix everything together well. Let it steep a little and serve garnished with the fresh herbs if necessary.
