Ingredients

  • 4 beefsteak tomato (s)
  • 2 onion (s), red
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated
  • 400 g feta cheese
  • 4 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 1 bunch thyme
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Slice tomatoes and onions, cut lemon into pieces. Arrange everything on plates, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the sheep`s cheese into 1/2 cm thick slices, mix the breadcrumbs with half of the thyme leaves.
  3. Beat the eggs, turn the cheese in the egg first, then in the breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown in hot olive oil. Fry the rest of the thyme. Add the sheep`s cheese to the tomatoes and sprinkle with the fried thyme.
  4. It goes well with flatbread, coated with garlic oil and browned in the oven.
