Tomato Salad with Mozzarella and Spicy Pesto

• 500 g tomato (s), smaller aromatic varieties
• 3 tablespoon pine nuts
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 1 packet mozzarella
• 1 bunch fresh basil
• some lemon juice
• a bit salt
• 2 cloves garlic
• 10 cl olive oil

Instructions

1. Wash the tomatoes and mix with the mozzarella cut into bite-sized pieces or slices in a bowl. You can of course also use more or less tomatoes, the less, the more intense the finished salad will be. If you want, you can take the small mozzarella balls, then the cheese no longer has to be cut.
2. Lightly toast the pine nuts. Mix the remaining ingredients in a container and use your magic wand to prepare a pesto. Mix the tomatoes, mozzarella and pesto together.
3. The ingredients mustard and garlic can be varied according to taste and the desired spiciness.
