Ingredients

  • 5 tomato (s)
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (Dijon mustard)
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil, cold pressed
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • a bit salt
  • some pepper

Instructions

  1. Quarter the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut into bite-sized pieces. Halve the mushrooms depending on their size and cut them into leaves. Mix with the tomatoes.
  2. Cut the onion into very fine cubes and mix with the parsley and the remaining ingredients to form a vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper and pour over tomatoes and mushrooms.
  3. Mix and let it steep a little.
