  • 800 g tomato (s), completely ripe
  • thyme
  • rosemary
  • oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the tomatoes in halves in a dish. Finely chopped herbs, sprinkle with oil, garlic, salt and pepper over the tomatoes. Bake in the oven at 160 ° for 20 minutes. Then dust a thin layer of powdered sugar and bake for another 20 minutes until brown.
  2. Take out of the oven and remove the skin from the tomatoes. The best way to do this is to simply turn the skin over and peel it off. Mash the tomatoes with a fork. Season everything again to taste.
  3. Tastes delicious, noble, fresh and you save yourself the annoying sprinkling of tomatoes on the kitchen stove.
  4. If you boil the whole thing with 1/2 L vegetable broth and 2-3 tablespoons creme fraiche and season it again, you have a nice tomato soup.
