Ingredients

  • 500 g ribbon noodles
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 small tomato (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 sprigs thyme, fresher
  • 2 port. Salmon fillet (s), 150 g each
  • 300 g seafood, frozen
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 100 ml white wine
  • possibly chives, in rolls

Instructions

  1. Cook the ribbon noodles in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the package until they are al dente.
  2. Wash, clean, core and cut the tomatoes into strips. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Wash the thyme, shake dry and finely chop the leaves. Rinse salmon and seafood with cold water and pat dry. Cut the salmon into pieces.
  3. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the garlic with salmon and seafood for 3 to 4 minutes. Deglaze with white wine and season with salt, pepper and thyme. Add the tomatoes and sauté briefly.
  4. Drain the pasta and add to the pan. Mix everything and arrange on plates. Garnish with chives and thyme if you like.
