Ingredients

  • 6 scoops mozzarella, mini
  • 8 cherry tomato (s)
  • 12 basil leaves
  • 600 ml tomato juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ chilli flakes
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • some sea salt
  • some Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Drain the mozzarella and cut in half. Wash the tomatoes. Stick them alternately with mozzarella and basil leaves on four wooden skewers. Shake the tomato juice with chilli and oil on ice cubes in a bar shaker. Season to taste with sea salt and Worcestershire sauce. Fill into ice-cold long drink glasses and serve with the tomato-mozzarella-basil skewers.
