Tomato Smoothie with Cucumbers, Bell Peppers and Herbs Ingredients

  • Tomato juice – 350 ml
  • Cucumbers – 150 g
  • Bulgarian sweet pepper – 100 g
  • Green onions – 15 g
  • Lemon (juice) – 0.5 pc. (or 1 teaspoon of juice)
  • Soy sauce – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

  1. Wash and dry the pepper, cucumbers, and green onions. Cut the green onion feathers across into several parts. Cut the bell pepper in half lengthwise, remove the stem and seeds, cut off the tips of the cucumbers. Cut the peppers and cucumbers into large pieces.

  2. In a bowl or blender bowl, combine chopped cucumbers, bell peppers, and green onions. Grind at high speed, gradually pouring in tomato juice.
  3. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Squeeze about 1 teaspoon of juice out of the lemon and add to the mixture. We mix.
  4. An unsweetened vegetable smoothie made from cucumbers, peppers, and herbs is ready. We pour it into glasses and serve it to the table.
