Tomato Soup with Rice

- Prepare all the ingredients for the tomato and rice soup.
- Wash the rice until the water is clear. Cover with water and put on fire.
- Peel potatoes, cut into large cubes and add to the saucepan to the rice. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and skim. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Fry onions in vegetable oil until transparent.
- Peel the carrots, cut into cubes, add to the onion. Simmer for 3 minutes together.
- Pepper to clear of seeds and stalks, cut into cubes, fry with onions and carrots for a couple of minutes.
- Add tomato paste.
- Add thinly chopped garlic.
- Pour in all the spices.
- Simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Add frying to the soup, salt to taste. Boil tomato soup with rice for another 5-7 minutes.
- Finally, add chopped greens to the tomato soup with rice.
