Ingredients

  • 2 large tomato (s)
  • 2 large mushrooms, fresh
  • 4 leaves iceberg lettuce

For the dressing:

  • 3 tablespoon sherry vinegar or red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 2 tablespoon chives, freshly chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Brush off the mushrooms and cut into small pieces. Wash the iceberg lettuce leaves.
  2. Stir the dressing together and season to taste.
  3. Drape 2 sheets of iceberg lettuce on each plate, then mix the dressing with the tomatoes and mushrooms and place on the lettuce leaves.
