Ingredients

  • 4 large tomato (s)
  • 8 clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 stalks parsley, chopped (or dry product)

Instructions

  1. Mix the farce:
  2. Mix the garlic, olive oil, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and parsley to make a thick paste that does not flow away. Possibly use more or less olive oil, it depends on how coarse or fine the breadcrumbs are.
  3. Now the tomatoes are divided crosswise and placed next to each other in a greased baking dish. Spread the farce on top and bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. The tomatoes are done when the farce has a brown crust.
