Ingredients

  • 8 tomato (s)
  • 8 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 4 clove (s) garlic can be more
  • 2 scoops mozzarella
  • Salt and pepper or tomato seasoning
  • Basil, fresh

Instructions

  1. Slice tomatoes and place on a plate.
  2. Prepare a brew from olive oil, vinegar, pressed garlic, pepper and salt (or tomato spice) and pour over the tomatoes,
  3. Spread the sliced mozzarella on top and sprinkle with tomato spice again. Garnish with a few basil leaves.
  4. Cover and let steep for 3-4 hours.
