Ingredients

  • 300 g minced meat, beef
  • 480 g canned tomato (s)
  • 400 g Chinese cabbae
  • 2 onion (s), chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 125 ml stock (instant)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sugar
  • Paprika powder, hot pink
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips. Fry the minced beef in the hot oil until crumbly. Add the cabbage, the chopped onions, the tomatoes with the liquid and the broth and season. Cook for about 15 minutes, season to taste. White bread goes well with it!
