Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
  2. Place the skinned, halved tomatoes in the dish with the cut surface facing up, and spread the chopped knofi on top.
  3. Beat a marinade from the other ingredients until pepper, pour this over the tomatoes and bake in the oven for 1 hour.
  4. Drizzle with parsley, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. This dish tastes lukewarm or cold!
