  • 1 tablespoon parsley, smooth, chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes, rub them with a cloth and cut crosswise at the base of the flowers. Melt the fat in a shallow saucepan. Place the tomatoes side by side in the hot fat, sprinkle them with salt, cook over low heat for about 15 minutes and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
