Tomatoes with Cheese and Garlic

Recipe for an easy-to-prepare snack – tomatoes with cheese and garlic. Such an appetizer is taken off the plate in no time, so immediately prepare several servings of a colorful dish with a spicy taste.

Ingredients

  • Large tomatoes – 2-3 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Mayonnaise – 1.5 tbsp
  • Garlic – 1-2 cloves
  • Salt – 2 pinches
  • Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Lettuce – for serving
  • Greens to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare the required ingredients for the Italian-style tomatoes. Wash the tomatoes and cut a core out of each vegetable.
  2. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater into a bowl or deep container.
  3. Add mayonnaise, salt, a pinch of ground black pepper there and press the peeled garlic clove. Mix the ingredients gently together.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into slices at least 0.5 cm thick. Put them on a dish.
  5. Place 1 teaspoon for each tomato circle. cheese filling and gently spread it over the surface.
  6. Tomatoes with cheese and garlic are ready. Garnish the prepared appetizer with fresh herbs and serve on washed green lettuce leaves.
