Ingredients

  • 8 tomato (s)
  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • 8 pepper (s), green, mildly pickled
  • 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped thyme, dried
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped oregano, dried
  • salt
  • Pepper, black, freshly ground
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Mix the olive oil with the thyme, oregano and garlic to a marinade.
  3. Wash tomatoes, cut into slices and lay out in a baking dish. Roughly crumble the sheep cheese on top. Season with salt and pepper. Place the peppers on top. Spread the marinade evenly over it with a tablespoon.
  4. Place in the oven on the middle shelf for about 15 minutes.
  5. Serve with baguette or similar.
