Ingredients
- 2 large tomato (s)
- 150 g low-fat quark
- some mineral water
- 1 tablespoon herbs, mixed
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

- Cut a lid off the top of the tomatoes. Take out the inside of the tomatoes.
- Mix the quark with a little mineral water until smooth. Stir in the chopped herbs and some of the chopped tomato insides, season with salt, pepper and paprika and pour the herb quark into the tomatoes.
- Serve with whole grain bread or crispbread.
