Tomatoes with Mozzarella and Fine Sauce

Ingredients

• 4 large tomato (s) or 1 large bunch cocktail tomatoes
• 1 packet mozzarella
• 1 pack ready mix for salad dressing (balsamic herbs)
• 3 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 1 tablespoon oil (walnut oil) can be omitted

Instructions

1. Cut the tomatoes into slices or halves and place on a large plate. Likewise the mozzarella.
2. Mix the finished mixture, the oil and the walnut oil in a cup. Pour over the tomatoes and serve.
