Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 300 grams flour
  • 100 g suar
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

For the filling:

  • 500 g ricotta
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 100 g dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. For the dough, mix the ingredients together and knead into a crumbly dough. Put half of the crumbs in a springform pan.
  2. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and mix with the ricotta and sugar and place on the crumb base in the springform pan. Finally, place the remaining crumbs on the ricotta mixture.
  3. Bake the cake in the hot oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
  4. Do not take the cake out of the mold immediately after baking, as the filling needs a little time to set.
