Ingredients

  • 750 g tortellini, with cheese fillin, fresh
  • 300 ml cream
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 medium bell pepper (s), red
  • 100 g peas, frozen
  • 3 small spring onions
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 200 g cheese, rated, rather stron medium-aed to old varieties)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, white, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Put the tortellini in a baking dish, grate the cheese, cut the ham into small cubes, wash and clean the peppers and spring onions and finely dice or cut into fine slices. Peel the garlic and chop it very finely. Mix the cream, milk, salt, pepper and garlic with 1 tablespoon of grated cheese. Pour the vegetables and ham over the tortellini and mix, pour the cream-milk mixture over it, pour the grated cheese over it and bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees top and bottom heat for about 30 minutes on the lower rack, covering the casserole with aluminum foil for the first 15 minutes cover.
  2. A green or mixed salad goes well with it and for vegetarians it is easy to leave out the ham.
