Tortellini and Spinach Soup Recipe

The recipe for a delicious and healthy soup that will not leave anyone indifferent.

Ingredients

  • 1-litre vegetable broth
  • 2 fresh bay leaves
  • 200 g tortellini
  • 50 g frozen peas
  • 1 large handful of spinach

Directions

  1. Boil the broth, adding the bay leaf.
  2. Cook the tortellini in the broth for 4 minutes.
  3. Add peas. Cook for another 3 minutes. Then add spinach and simmer.
  4. Pour the prepared soup into bowls and serve with crispy bread.
