Ingredients

  • 500 g tortellini, filled with cheese
  • 500 g tortellini, filled with ricotta and spinach
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 200 g processed cheese, with herbs
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 2 cans tuna
  • some Milk
  • some meat broth, (instant powder)
  • some herb salt
  • some pepper
  • 1 packet cheese, grated (preferably Edam)

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini in salted water as described on the package insert.
  2. Then put in a sieve and use the saucepan again for the sauce.
  3. Add all ingredients (except for the tortellini, tuna and cheese) to the saucepan and heat while stirring. To taste.
  4. Put the tortellini and tuna in a greased casserole dish, spread the sauce over it and sprinkle the cheese on top.
  5. Baked in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (convection) for 20 minutes.
