Ingredients
- 250 g tortellini, lare, with meat fillin
- 250 g cooked ham
- 1 can tangerine (s), 34 ml
- 1 small Glass Miracel Whip
- 1 bunch chives
- curry
- salt and pepper

- Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet and allow to cool. Cut the ham into cubes. Drain the mandarin oranges and collect the juice. Mix the Miracel Whip with 3-4 tablespoons of mandarin juice and season with curry, salt and pepper to create a light, sweet curry note.
- Cut the chives into small rolls.
- Finally mix everything together.
