Ingredients

  • 500 g tortellini with ricotta fillin
  • 500 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s), mild
  • 1 bunch fresh basil
  • olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar, white
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, Italian, dried
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini, drain and leave to cool.
  2. Wash and quarter tomatoes. Finely chop the onion. Rinse the basil, toss dry and cut the leaves into small pieces.
  3. For the dressing, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper, salt, dried herbs and garlic to a spicy dressing and let it steep a little.
  4. Mix the salad ingredients with the dressing in a bowl and let it steep.
  5. Tip: You can also use spring onions instead of the onion.
