Ingredients
- 500 g tortellini
- 600 g tomato (s)
- 400 g ham, cooked
- 1 glass Miracel Whip (250g)
- 150 g sour cream
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon basil, fresh (or frozen)
- 1 bunch chives
- salt and pepper
- thyme

- Cook the tortellini, dice the tomatoes and ham (doesn`t have to be so small).
- Mix all sauce ingredients, mix everything and let it steep. Finished!
- The ingredients can also be varied, depending on your taste, using a little less mayo or less tomatoes. The dried tortellini are cheaper, but the tastiest ones are the fresh, pre-cooked ones!
