Ingredients
- 250 g tortellini
- 150 g zucchini
- 150 g tomato (s)
- 150 g ham, cooked
- 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ glass mayonnaise
- 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 2 Table spoons milk
- salt and pepper
- basil
- vinegar

- Cook the tortellini al dente and let them cool down. Finely dice tomatoes, zucchini and ham. Chop or chop the spring onions.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the milk and the sour cream and squeeze in the garlic. Finally season with salt, pepper and vinegar. Pour the sauce over the ingredients, mix and let it steep for approx. 2 - 3 hours.
