Ingredients

  • 500 g tortellini
  • 3 slices ham, cooked
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 150 g processed cheese
  • 100 ml cream
  • 150 ml beef stock
  • 150 g broccoli, cut into florets

Instructions

  1. Briefly blanch the broccoli florets and then place them directly in ice water. This means that the beautiful green color is retained. Dice the onions and ham.
  2. First fry the onions until translucent and then add the ham. Deglaze the whole thing with the beef stock.
  3. Now add the processed cheese and cream and let it boil down a little. Finally add the broccoli.
  4. Cook the tortellini according to the instructions, drain and mix with the sauce.
  5. Serve hot immediately.
