Ingredients

  • 500 g tortellini, fresh, filled with spinach or cheese, or mixed
  • 1 packet bacon
  • 1 glass tomato (s), dried, in oil
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche garlic
  • 1 cup vegetable broth or yeast broth
  • basil
  • some oil for frying
  • Pepper (steak pepper)

Instructions

  1. Heat the water for the tortellini. Cut tomatoes and bacon into strips. Put about half of the oil in a sufficiently large saucepan and slowly sear the bacon in it. When the bacon is seared, add the stock, crème fraiche and cream and add the tomatoes to the sauce. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes so that it sinks a little. Finally fold in the chopped basil and pepper.
  2. Drain the tortellini after the specified cooking time and mix carefully with the sauce.
  3. There is also a light red wine and possibly a little ciabatta.
  4. Tip: Instead of tortellini you can use ravioli, instead of bacon you can also use smoked salmon.
