Ingredients

  • 250 g tortellini (preferably with basil and ricotta fillin from the coolin shelf)
  • 3 cups whipped cream
  • 1 point cream cheese
  • 1 point ham (cooked ham)
  • 300 g mushrooms, fresh (or 1 can)
  • Parsley, fresh or dried
  • possibly parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cut the ham into cubes and sauté a little in a saucepan. Add the mushrooms and sauté briefly. Then pour in the cream. Now add the processed cheese. Let the sauce simmer gently until it has the desired consistency. In the meantime, cook the tortellini. Salt is not necessary for the sauce. However, if you feel you need some, try Parmesan cheese as an alternative.
  2. Finally, add the parsley to the sauce, arrange and enjoy.
