Ingredients

  • 2 packs tortellini (tortelloni), sort as desired
  • 200 ml cream
  • 250 ml water
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable stock, instant
  • 750 g broccoli florets (frozen)
  • 200 g ham, cooked, sliced
  • Worcester sauce
  • Black pepper
  • Pepper, more colorful, freshly ground
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • nutmeg
  • Iodized salt (herbal iodized salt)
  • Sauce thickener, lighter
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the cooked ham into cubes and separate the slices a little.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the diced ham in it. Season with a little pepper, colored pepper and paprika powder. Add the cream and water and stir in the vegetable stock. Season the sauce again with colored and black pepper and some paprika powder. Add about 10-20 dashes of Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Then add the broccoli to the sauce, bring everything to the boil briefly and then simmer gently for 5-10 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, cook the tortelloni according to the instructions on the packet.
  5. Season the sauce again and bring to the boil. Thicken with a sauce thickener and then season with nutmeg.
  6. Finally, drain the tortelloni and serve everything together on plates.
  7. Tip: If you want the broccoli taste to flow more into the sauce, you can simply extend the cooking time. However, there is not much left to see of the broccoli florets.
