Ingredients

  • g 1,000 tortellini (tortelloni, fresh, from the coolin shelf)
  • 500 g yourt, Turkish or Greek, with 10% fat
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder
  • salt
  • 4 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. The recipe is similar to the Turkish manti. They are so good, but I don`t have time to make them myself, that`s why I came up with this idea. It tastes really very good and in summer you have a meal that is no longer hot due to the cool yoghurt, which is very pleasant.
  2. So, you cook the tortelloni as indicated on the package.
  3. At the same time you stir the yogurt until smooth and salt it so that it no longer tastes sweet. The garlic cloves are peeled and pressed into the yogurt. Here you can vary the way you like it best.
  4. You pour the finished tortelloni over a sieve, dry the inside of the pan and add the butter. Let them melt and add the paprika powder.
  5. Spread the tortelloni on four plates, add the yoghurt sauce and finally the paprika butter.
