Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla (s) (wrap) approx. 50 g
  • 150 g turkey meat
  • 100 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion (s), finely diced
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ spice mix for gyros
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, ketchup or chopped tomatoes
  • 1 handful lettuce, mixed, rocket, iceberg lettuce or lamb`s lettuce
  • 4 cherry tomato (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt, seasoned with garlic and salt, possibly

Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey meat into thin strips and mix well with the gyros and olive oil. You can increase the amount of spice, my mixture is quite intense, half a teaspoon is enough. Mix the mushroom slices and the chopped onion with the meat and let it steep for about 30 minutes.
  2. Then fry the meat mixture fat-free (the marinating oil is sufficient) in a coated pan. Briefly heat the tortilla cake in the microwave (approx. 20 seconds) and brush with a tablespoon of tomato sauce, ketchup or chopped tomatoes. Cover with a handful of lettuce of your choice, distribute the tomatoes in between, then top with the meat. Salt and pepper everything and serve.
  3. According to the old system approx. 7P. If you still have points left, you can stir a little quark or yoghurt with garlic and salt and pour it over the topped flatbreads.
