Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 90 g powdered suar
  • 210 g flour
  • 30 g flour, (rice flour)
  • possibly butter-vanilla flavor

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter and powdered sugar in the food processor until creamy. Add flour and stir well with a wooden spoon.
  2. Shape the dough into a ball and knead it gently until it is supple, then wrap it in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  3. Roll out about 1 1/2 cm thick on a floured surface. Cut into small thalers, strips or other shapes and prick with a fork.
  4. Bake at 160 ° C for approx. 20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes and transfer to a wire rack to cool down.
