Ingredients

  • 1 apple (e.g. Jonagold)
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 2 clementine (s), seedless
  • 250 g natural yourt (1.5% fat)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (blossom honey), liquid

Instructions

  1. Put the yoghurt together with the honey in a bowl and stir with a whisk.
  2. Peel the banana and cut into thin slices. Peel the apple, cut in half, remove the core and cut the pulp into sticks. Peel the clementines and divide them into segments. Halve the segments crosswise.
  3. Put the chopped fruit in the honey yoghurt and fold in.
