Ingredients

  • 500 g fruits, frozen (preferably tropical fruit mix)
  • 700 ml sparkling wine, dry or medium dry
  • 50 ml Liqueur 43 or similar liqueur
  • 500 ml orange juice

Instructions

  1. Put the pack of fruits (at least 500 g, depending on your preference) in a larger bowl (preferably at least 2.5 liters capacity) and pour the whole bottle (750 ml) of sparkling wine over it, then add approx. 100 ml of Liqueur 43 and the 500 ml orange juice.
  2. Then just stir with a ladle, which you can also use to distribute on the glasses. Thanks to the frozen fruit, the punch is also perfectly chilled.
  3. If you like it a little sweeter, you can season the punch with a little more liqueur or use a sweeter juice instead of the orange juice, e.g., peach nectar or similar.
