  • 1 packet cream cheese with sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish, hotter
  • 1 spring onion (s), finely chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Finely puree the trout fillets with cream cheese and horseradish with the mixer. Fold in the spring onions and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Tastes great as a dip, spread or starter. Baguette and vegetable sticks go well with it. Or serve as dumplings on a salad.
