Kebab is prepared from tuna fillets, mushrooms, tomatoes and onions.
Ingredients
Tuna, fillet – 450 g
Champignon mushrooms – 16 pcs.
Asian sauce (soy, hoisin, etc.) – 0.5 cups
Cherry tomatoes – 16 pcs.
Green onions (chopped) – 8 pcs.
Directions
Soak 4 wooden skewers in cold water for 30 minutes.
In a bowl, combine tuna, mushrooms and Asian sauce, stir and leave for 15 minutes.
Switch on the grill for preheating, grease the wire rack with oil.
String on wooden skewers alternating between tuna, mushrooms, tomatoes and green onions.
Put the kebabs on the grill grate, fry about 6 minutes, turning once and periodically smearing with the sauce that remained in the bowl after the tuna and vegetables.
