Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna
  • 250 g pasta (capellini)
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 50 g cream
  • 2 stems parsley
  • 350 g leek
  • 1 medium onion (s), red
  • garlic
  • Lemons)

Instructions

  1. Cut in the leek about 1 cm and wash it well. Then cut into rings. Cut the onion into fine cubes.
  2. Sauté the leeks and onions in oil in the pan. Top up with the vegetable stock and cream and simmer gently.
  3. Now put the pasta on according to the instructions on the packet.
  4. Salt and pepper the leek.
  5. Then add the drained tuna and heat the tuna with it.
  6. As soon as the noodles are ready, arrange them on the plate with the leek and tuna sauce.
  7. So garnish the decoration with parsley.
  8. If you like, you can add finely chopped garlic to the onions and add a squeeze of lemon to the tuna.
