  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)

Instructions

  1. Place the egg yolks in a tall container and mix with the magic wand while slowly adding the oil. Add salt, pepper and mustard and mix.
  2. Add the tuna with the canned oil and the chopped onion while mixing until a smooth cream is formed.
